Delete your MyPeribadi account

How to delete your account and all of your data from the MyPeribadi app, operated by DIGITALPORT INTEGRATED.

Deleting your account is permanent

Once you confirm, your account and all of your records are removed straight away and cannot be recovered.

01Delete your account

You can delete your MyPeribadi account yourself, in the MyPeribadi Android app or on the web at app.myperibadi.com:

  1. Sign in to MyPeribadi.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Critical Actions, tap Permanently Delete Account.
  4. Read the summary of what will be removed, then confirm. If you signed up with an email and password, enter your password to confirm. If you signed in with Google, no password is needed.

02What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything we hold about you from our live database:

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number, profile picture and preferences.
  • Your financial records: transactions, wallets, categories, budgets, debts, loans, subscriptions, and the receipt images and files you uploaded.
  • Your other app data: vehicles, warranties, places, events, health entries, shopping lists, chat history and support tickets.
  • Bank notification logs captured by the Android app, and your linked WhatsApp and Telegram connections.
  • Your sign-in sessions and tokens, on every device.

We do not sell your data, so there is nothing held by third parties on our behalf to recover. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled while your account is active.

03Delete data only, and keep your account

If you want to remove your records but keep using MyPeribadi, choose Reset Transaction Records in the same Critical Actions section of Settings. This clears your transactions, debts, loans, subscriptions, vehicles, warranties, places, chat history and uploaded files, and starts you again from onboarding. Your sign-in stays. See Delete your data for the full list.

Bank notification logs from the Android app are also deleted automatically after 30 days. You can stop the app reading notifications at any time by turning off Notification access for MyPeribadi in your Android settings.

04Cannot sign in?

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my MyPeribadi account. We will confirm your request and delete the account.
