Delete your MyPeribadi data

How to delete your data from the MyPeribadi app, operated by DIGITALPORT INTEGRATED, and keep your account.

This cannot be undone

Once you confirm, your records are removed straight away and cannot be recovered. Your account stays, so you can sign in and start again.

01Delete your data

You can delete your data yourself, in the MyPeribadi Android app or on the web at app.myperibadi.com:

  1. Sign in to MyPeribadi.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Critical Actions, tap Reset Transaction Records.
  4. Read the summary of what will be removed, then confirm. If you signed up with an email and password, enter your password to confirm. If you signed in with Google, no password is needed.

02What is deleted

  • Your financial records: transactions, debts, loans, subscriptions, budgets and monthly check-offs.
  • Your other app data: vehicles, warranties, places, events, inventory, tax, health entries, shopping lists, split bills and chat history.
  • Your custom categories and their keywords.
  • The receipt images and files you uploaded.
  • Your PIN, if you set one.

03What is kept

  • Your account: name, email address, sign-in and profile picture.
  • Your wallets and your language and theme settings.
  • The built-in categories, which are set up again when you go through onboarding.

Bank notification logs captured by the Android app are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can stop the app reading notifications at any time by turning off Notification access for MyPeribadi in your Android settings.

04Other ways to delete

You can also delete a single record, such as one transaction, from inside the app. To delete your account and everything with it, see Delete your account. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my MyPeribadi data.
