The MyPeribadi bot only processes messages in your own self-chat, or in groups you have explicitly allowed using a trigger word. We never read or store private messages other than your spending records.
01Introduction
MyPeribadi is a daily money-management service delivered through Web Chat, a WhatsApp bot and a Telegram bot, operated by DIGITALPORT INTEGRATED (SSM No. TR0329492-V). We are fully committed to protecting the privacy and integrity of our users' data.
02Data we collect
To make the portal and bots work smoothly, we only collect the data we need:
- Account information: your email address, an optional nickname, and your password stored as a one-way encrypted hash.
- Financial data: spending and income records, category lists, wallet balances, budget settings, uploaded receipt images and optional location notes.
- Bank notifications (Android app, only if you turn it on): payment and transfer notifications from your bank and e-wallet apps. See section 03.
- Session & security data: secure login authentication tokens, account access logs, and your language and theme preferences.
03Android notification access
The MyPeribadi Android app can record your payments automatically by reading the notifications your bank and e-wallet apps show on your phone. This is optional and off by default. It works only after you turn on Notification access for MyPeribadi in your Android settings, and you can turn it off there at any time.
- What the app sends: for each notification your phone shows, the app sends the name of the app that posted it, the notification title and text, and the time, over an encrypted connection to our server. Our server, not your phone, decides whether it is a payment.
- Bank and e-wallet notifications: if it is a payment or money received, we record the transaction (amount, merchant and date) in your account. The notification text is also kept in a log for up to 30 days, so a wrongly read notification can be checked and fixed, and is then deleted automatically.
- Everything else: notifications from chat, email, social, delivery or any other non-bank app are dropped straight away. We do not keep their title or text. Only the name of the app and the reason it was ignored are kept, so a bank app we do not know yet can be added.
- Not read at all: MyPeribadi’s own notifications, ongoing notifications (music, downloads, navigation) and notification group summaries.
- Not shared or sold: notification content is used only to record your transactions. It is never sold, used for advertising or shared with any third party.
04What we do NOT read
We respect the privacy of your communications. The MyPeribadi system does not:
- Read chats or messages with friends, family or other contacts on WhatsApp or Telegram. On Android, chat notifications are dropped and their text is not kept (see section 03).
- Access media files or photos other than receipt images you send to the bot to be recorded.
- Sell or rent your personal information to any advertiser or third party.
05How your data is used
The data we collect is used solely to:
- Show your financial summary, budget balance and charts in your web portal.
- Automatically match spending keywords to the correct category.
- On Android, if you turn it on, record payments from your bank and e-wallet notifications for you.
- Send quick replies through the WhatsApp and Telegram bots when you log an entry.
- Provide technical support when needed.
06Security & token authentication
All portal and bot connections are protected with industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Account authentication uses secure tokens, which you can revoke at any time from the Connect Account menu in your portal.
07Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account and all of your transaction data at any time through the portal settings. Bank notification logs are deleted automatically after 30 days, and turning off Notification access in Android stops the app from reading notifications straight away.
