01Acceptance of terms
MyPeribadi is a personal finance record-keeping service (web portal, WhatsApp bot and Telegram bot) operated by DIGITALPORT INTEGRATED (SSM No. TR0329492-V). By accessing the portal or connecting a bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
02Eligibility & account responsibility
- You are fully responsible for keeping your password, session tokens and registered devices confidential.
- Each account is for lawful personal use only. Sharing an account commercially or impersonating another person is prohibited.
- We encourage you to use a nickname and not to enter sensitive financial data such as full credit card numbers or banking PINs.
03Permitted use
- Recording daily spending, income, budgets, receipts, and vehicle or debt management for personal purposes.
- Connecting your own WhatsApp or Telegram account and using the bot in permitted chats.
- Complying with all Malaysian laws and the applicable terms of third-party platforms (WhatsApp / Telegram).
04Strictly prohibited
Users must not:
- Misuse the bot for spamming, fraud, phishing or any other unlawful activity.
- Attempt to breach the system, reverse-engineer it, or launch cyber-attacks against MyPeribadi servers.
- Send harmful content, viruses or malware through receipt files or bot messages.
- Harm the reputation or server stability of the service, or the privacy rights of other users.
05Account termination for violations
If you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, DIGITALPORT INTEGRATED reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account access and disconnect your WhatsApp/Telegram bot link immediately, without prior notice.
06Service availability
We do our best to keep the service as stable as possible. However, the service may experience temporary interruptions for system maintenance, security updates or changes to third-party platform APIs.
07Financial advice disclaimer
MyPeribadi is a tool to help you record daily spending. It is not a licensed financial, accounting or tax adviser. Users are solely responsible for their own money-management decisions.
08Changes to these terms
DIGITALPORT INTEGRATED may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal or bot after an update means you accept the latest terms.
